This unique blend creates a lovely contrasting texture, providing grip and a great wrapping experience. The shiny silver Mako cotton serves as a backdrop for the alternating rust tones of Peace silk and fine Scottish linen, and introduces this delightful tactile experience. The interplay between these yarns creates a visual symphony, reminiscent of the golden rays of the sun trying to break through the stormy clouds, and reflecting on the wild seas below.
Despite its thinness, the silk and linen provide strength and support, making this wrap a great all-rounder for all ages. It feels soft, mouldable, and airy. The breathable nature of these yarns make it suitable for all climates.
Peace silk gets its name from the production process in which the butterfly flies away from the cocoon before it's harvested. This ethical yarn has a very low water footprint and is made from silk leftovers that would otherwise go to landfill.
