Peace of Mind Guarantee
If you find any manufacturers fault in the first 2 years of use then we will repair or replace your carrier for free.
Our 2-year guarantee covers all baby wraps, slings and carriers bought directly through oschaslings.com and provides a limited guarantee against manufacturers defects. This guarantee covers issues with the fabric or production which would cause a safety issue when in use or which deviates from the intended design, including defective materials/hardware or workmanship/construction.
If any such issue should arise in the first 2 years after purchase Oscha will repair or replace your carrier free of charge. It will be at the discretion of our Quality Control team whether a repair or replacement is required.
Only the original purchaser is covered by the guarantee, and proof of purchase must be provided in the form of an order confirmation or account history. We advise holding your own records of purchases to guard against website malfunction or change of service.
This guarantee does not cover issues caused by wear and tear, improper use or improper cleaning. Wear and tear refers to damage which naturally occurs over time and with use, this includes but is not limited to: natural fading of fabric colours, patches worn or holes caused by external forces, damage to stitching which does not cause a safety issue.
Your carrier must be unaltered and unmodified, this includes the removal of any stitched labels. For full terms see Terms & Conditions clause 11.4.2
