Shipping policy
Festive extended returns from 1st October 2026 to the 15th of January 2027 so that you can shop with confidence this Christmas. This means you will have until January 15th to return or exchange any items bought in this period, giving you plenty of time to ensure your gift is the perfect match.
Free Tracked Shipping on orders over:
- UK - £80
- US - $195
- EU - € 180
- Canada - $265
- Australia - $295
- Rest of world - £150 (or equivalent in supported currencies).
All Taxes & Duties Included for the EU, USA, Canada Israel, Japan & Australia* No extra charges on delivery
Customers from the USA and the European Union will see all-inclusive prices. Customers from Canada, Japan and Israel will see duties and taxes added at checkout. For these regions, there will be no extra charges on delivery
* There are no extra fees on deliveries to Australia for orders under $1000, and UK VAT is not charged.
Customs Fees, Duties and VAT
VAT is removed from the prices displayed for all other countries outside of the UK that are not listed above. Your Oscha package will be shipped from the UK with the retail price declared on the package. You are responsible for any import tax and duties incurred.

Please note that Fedex is unable to ship to PO box addresses.
Tracking
Your order will always be sent using a tracked service. Your tracking number will be issued with your dispatch notice.
General
We reserve the right to change shipping courier at any time and without notice to ensure that delivery of your order goes smoothly and arrives within a reasonable time. Outlying territories are not considered part of a shipping zone.
We are unable to combine shipping on separate orders, and we are unable to change the delivery address to one in another country once your order has been paid.
