Hobbit Quest Into The Sunset is a strong and supportive wrap with a delightful gradient of colours which brings the essence of a sunny afternoon to your babywearing experience.
This hemp blend offers secure, comfortable carries and is perfect for bigger children and toddlers. It feels medium weight in hand and will soften quickly to make a great all-rounder from newborn to preschooler.
Hemp is a wonderfully sustainable yarn with low environmental impact which is why we love using it in our slings. The breathable nature of this fabric makes it perfect for warmer weather as hemp’s naturally moisture-wicking properties will help to keep you both cool in the summer months.
The extraordinary adventures of Bilbo and the dwarves across Middle-earth are featured on a backdrop of fresh, summery hues. Turquoise fades to a warm peach, and finally to a vibrant raspberry. This is a natural product with an organic scent, no chemical agents are used in the manufacture of the item or its packaging.
This clever design is set in Lake Town and tells the story of the Dwarves and Bilbo's journey to the Lonely Mountain (which you can see in the background) - they have passed through the Misty Mountains and it shows their escape from Mirkwood, down Forest River into the Long Lake in barrels.
The runes along the borders feature a quote from The Hobbit:
“May the wind under your wings bear you where the sun sails and the moon walks.”
The mirrored design features unique elements on each side, one representing day and the other night. If you look closely you can see Smaug in the sky and some of the characters and creatures that helped them like the Eagles, Beorn and Gandalf.
