Slow Yoga Flow

Take a moment with your little one, find peace, unwind and bond with our Yoga flow. This sequence has been specially tailored by new mum & yoga instructor Emma Isokivi, together with Heather Burns Yoga to create a slow yoga flow made especially with parents & new mothers in mind.

Yoga can be a great way to relax and gently exercise while bonding with your little one. We spoke to our model & photographer Mariaand yoga instructor Emma about their experiences of practising with their little ones.
