One of our newest patterns, Fair Isle, is picked out in white thick Italian Wetspun Linen against a gradient of golden hues to warm browns. This beautiful fabric evokes cosy knits and a warm fireside glow.

Wetspun linen is a thick yarn known for its toddlerworthy qualities. Offering unparalleled support and a nice amount of glide, it will soften with wear to become buttery soft and easy to wrap.  From baby cuddles to preschool adventures, it will adapt effortlessly to your growing child, supporting them at every stage of their development.

Inspired by Fair Isle knits it features an intricate pattern of small hearts which represents the knit stitches, and creates the typical geometric shapes found in this technique. The unique use of different weave structures enhances the colours and suggests a textured aesthetic reminiscent of the knit. The overall look captures the charm of traditional Fair Isle craft.

The warp yarn used is a soft, 3-ply, long-staple Egyptian Organic Cotton, grown and processed by the Nile, which ensures high-quality fibers. The supplier collaborated with local growers for years, helping them convert soil to meet Organic Soil Association standards. The yarn is processed in Egypt, supporting local jobs and livelihoods.
