Willow Herbstlaub is woven using a special Pocket Weave technique, which utilises two layers of warp fabric to form small pockets of air between them, resulting in a lovely cush.
Resembling the warm tones of autumn, the willow leaf pattern is set against an organic cotton warp of mixed autumnal shades with a second layer of ecru organic cotton. The fig and pink weft tones appear through the fabric, with the pattern highlighted by a pale peach cotton weft.
Woven from a variety of small-batch, leftover yarns, materials that might otherwise have gone to waste are given new life in something unique and beautiful. The combination of these different yarns creates an artisanal and distinctive look and feel, making this shawl truly one of a kind.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Wash at 30 degrees. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry warm. Ironing is recommended.
