A new medium weight linen yarn picks out our iconic design where the beloved characters, Bilbo and Frodo, make their home. It is nighttime in the Shire. The stars twinkle in the midnight blue sky lighting up the circular Hobbit doorways and well-tended gardens. The cyan blue of the pond teems with wildlife.
This new organic combed cotton and cottolin blend offers an enjoyable wrapping experience. Easy to wrap, this fabric is strong and supportive and will be perfect from newborn to preschooler. It is an easy care blend which provides a natural breathability making this great a year round and in all climates.
By using BCI cotton we ensure that our cotton meets the Better Cotton Initiative’s high standards of environmental, economic and social responsibility. Our BCI cotton is also organic, meaning it is grown with care and without chemicals. This helps keep the land, and farmers, healthy.

The Shire is the quiet, secluded home of Hobbits as described in The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. It is a lush green countryside of rolling hills where the Hobbits make their homes, 'Hobbit Holes', which are cosy and filled with comforts. There are many gardens:
