Inspired by the Mallorn leaves of Lothlorien, the flowing motifs of the Elvish people and the iconic Leaf of Lorien are intricately picked out in pale gold Mako cotton. Lothlorien Canopya is woven with luxurious Mercerised Egyptian Mako cotton, a fine, high-quality yarn with a smooth, subtly shimmery aesthetic.
This scarf is lovely to the touch, lightweight with a gorgeous drape, and beautifully finished with a fringe. Mako cotton is spun into a fine, strong thread that results in a fabric that is silky, lightweight, and durable. A perfect accessory or gift for any Lord of the Rings fan.

What are Ceò Scarves & medium-weight scarves?
Ceò Scarves are woven with fine Mako Egyptian cotton, making a lightweight scarf with a sheer feel, great for year-round use and as an outfit accessory. They can be used as a cover-up in summer and provide an extra layer in cooler weather.
Medium-weight scarves are a bit thicker, they have a lovely drape and will add more warmth without being overly bulky. All our scarves are wide enough to use as a shawl for special events.

What are infinity loops & cowls?
Infinity loops are scarf fabric sewn with a neat French seam to form a long loop that could also be doubled up around your neck for an on-trend bulky scarf look.
Cowls are small loop of fabric that sits neatly around your neck as a chic accessory.

The Rohan design symbolises the culture and iconography of the Rohirrim, as described in The Lord of the Rings - proud people with a strong monarchy, known for their skilled cavalry and horse training.
"I have been among them," [said] Aragorn. "They are proud and wilful, but they are true-hearted, generous in thought and deed."
The design took inspiration from tapestries depicting historical tales which were said to line the halls of Meduseld (the Hall of the King of Rohan), as well as descriptions of the banner of Rohan and Théoden's shield.
The pattern contains Celtic knot-work, interlocking shield-like formations, which reference the proud warrior tradition of the Rohirrim, as well as sun & star emblems and a rearing horse icon as we might imagine their banner to contain.
